STYLING SERVICES

Professional service results are guaranteed, Majella will prescribe compatible care products.  Use of non-compatible products may effect the longevity, brilliance and durability at home and limit guarantee.

You will receive a consultation prior to your service and a post consultation at the completion of your service at which the stylist will discuss ongoing maintenance and future care.

If you have any concerns or questions, please raise them during your visit or advise within 48 hours of the service to ensure no additional costs are incurred.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED

Your allocated appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Hair styling, make-up and nail services require a $50 deposit at time of booking. Deposits are held and taken off your final account.  Deposits are non-refundable should the appointment be cancelled less than 48 hours prior or should the appointment result in a no-show by the client.

Lessons and Workshops require 50% deposit at time of booking and full payment is due 1 week prior to appointment.  Deposits are non-refundable should the appointment be cancelled less than 1 week prior or should the appointment result in a no-show by the client.

CANCELLATIONS

48 hours notice please!

Time has exclusively been allocated to you for the services, lessons and workshops booked.  Failure to give 48 hours notice will incur loss of deposit for:
o   Cancellations
o   Re-scheduling
o   Changes to services, lessons and workshops booked

If you miss your appointment you will incur the loss of your deposit.

ETIQUETTE

Your allocated appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Your appointment will be confirmed and we request you kindly respond; any unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled without notice and incur loss of deposit.

If you are running late, time may not permit for you to receive the full service booked.

PRICING

All prices include GST and are subject change without notice.

You will be provided with a quote for services at time of consultation.

RETURNS

Any product purchased from Majella that is deemed faulty will be exchanged, no refunds are given.

PRIVACY

We are exclusive and so is your privacy. Your personal information, conversations and service records are not shared or disclosed.

GIFT certificates

Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable. Gift Certificates are for services only and cannot be used for the purchase of products and are not transferrable to another person other than stipulated on the voucher.
