Payment terms

Our training services require a 50% deposit at time of booking and paid in full one week prior to commencement. Seven days notice for cancellation is required to receive refund of deposit or full payment.

Payment for services is required at time of consultation.

CANCELLATIONS

48 hours notice please!

Time has exclusively been allocated to you for the services, please give a minimum 48 hours notice for:
o   Cancellations
o   Re-scheduling

If no notice is given or provided within the 48 hour window a minimum 2 hour payment for services will be required.

TRAVEL

Car Park must be supplied or re-imbursement for parking fees apply. 

No travel charge for contracts within a 50 km radius of Wavell Heights, Brisbane, QLD. Outside the 50km radius will incur .85c per km charge to place of work. No travel charge incurred for return. 

If required, flights are booked upon paying 50% deposit and invoiced for refund, cheapest option for flights is always first consideration. 

If required, accommodation is booked upon paying 50% deposit and invoiced for refund, reasonable price for accommodation is always considered. 

Car hire or taxi fees may apply for reimbursement.

All prices include GST and are subject change without notice.

We are exclusive and so is your privacy. Your personal information, conversations and service records are not shared or disclosed.
